LangMart is an LLM Gateway and Model Registry that provides:

• Unified API access to multiple LLM providers
• Automatic API key protection and redaction
• Request logging and analytics
• Model discovery and comparison
• Usage tracking and billing management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google OAuth or API key
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. API Keys and Third-Party Services

When you provide API keys for third-party LLM providers:

• You are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms
• You must have authorization to use those API keys
• We encrypt and protect your keys but you assume risk of use
• We are not responsible for charges incurred with third-party providers

6. Billing and Payment

• Some features may require payment or credits
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LangMart and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANGMART SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
